Discount for Students and Pupils

In cooperation with the ŠOUM (Student Organization of the University of Maribor) for students, a €5 discount on all regular Lent Festival ticket prices. for students and pupils. To claim this discount, a valid student or pupil ID must be presented. The discount can be applied when purchasing tickets at the Information Office or Festival ticket offices during the event. Please note that the number of subsidised tickets is limited. This discount does not apply to the festival’s after-party events.

Package 3 plus

A gift for everyone who realizes that lazing around is best if we indulge in it every evening: the Tri plus ticket package, with which we will to everyone who buys tickets for at least three different events from the JazzLent set or for at least three different events from the StandUpLent set, donated just 20% popust on the entire purchase.

Discounts do not add up; the benefit is valid for the purchase of three or more tickets within an individual JazzLent set or of the StandUpLent assembly.

My Choice Card

Who does not want to choose only the events of the individual set, but prefers to attend various events and concerts within several software packages, he can select the My Selection tab. With the My Choice card, you will be able to choose from all the events organized by the National House of Maribor, determine the amount of the total payment to the card yourself, and thus claim a discount based on the amount paid, namely:

  • My Choice 1: 10% discount for a deposit of €50–€99
  • My Choice 2: 20% discount for a deposit of €100–€149
  • My Choice 3: 25% discount for a deposit of €150+

When collecting each ticket, the corresponding discount is applied to the regular ticket price according to the category of your My Choice Card. Cardholders can redeem multiple tickets at once, with the remaining balance automatically reduced by the ticket price after applying the discount. The balance can be topped up at any time and can be carried over to the next season.

The balance on the card cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers. Discounts with the My Choice Card apply to regular ticket prices only. Discounts with the My Choice Card cannot be combined with other discounts. The My Choice Card cannot be used to purchase regular subscription seats or tickets for charity concerts. Additional benefits may apply to specific events as specified.

Tickets for all programme highlights are available at discounted pre-sale prices until the day before the Lent Festival begins. Explore, choose, and save!

Discounts are not cumulative. This offer is valid only for the purchase of three or more tickets within a single JazzLent or StandUpLent block.

Payment Cards

Tickets can be purchased at the Information Office using the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, BA Card/Maestro, Diners, and Karanta.

Tickets can also be purchased online using the following payment cards or systems: Visa, Mastercard, BA Card/Maestro, Diners, and American Express.

Payment Order

You can settle the amount for the prior agreed number of tickets with a bank transfer by transferring the money onto the account of Narodni dom Maribor. You will get the reference number in the Information office. Send a copy of the transfer confirmation to the e-mail address of the Information office of Narodni dom Maribor: vstopnice@nd-mb.si.

The tickets shall be picked up not later than thirty minutes before the event starts!

A ticket can also be a wonderful gift!

Surprise your loved ones, friends, or business partners by giving them a gift voucher for any event organised by Narodni dom Maribor. They will be able to choose from a wide selection of performances and redeem the voucher for a ticket of their choice.

The gift voucher is a payment method for all events organised by Narodni dom Maribor. It cannot be exchanged for cash. No refunds are given for tickets purchased at a price lower than the value of the voucher. If the ticket price exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid. Purchasing and redeeming gift vouchers is only possible at the Information Office of Narodni dom Maribor.

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you can exchange your tickets or get a monetary refund. You have one week after the cancelled event to notify us about your decision.

Refund Methods

  • If an event is cancelled, the customer will receive a refund or, with their consent, a credit voucher that can be used for any other event.
  • The organiser is not obliged to refund the ticket price in case of programme changes due to force majeure. Modified program event, insofar as the change was caused by force majeure.
  • Za In the case of cancelled events the National House Maribor will try to find new dates. The organizer informs ticket buyers on the website and social networks about the new dates and also about the events for which a new date is not guaranteed and which have been cancelled. Purchased tickets for rescheduled events are valid for alternate dates and visitors do not need to exchange them (unless otherwise stated). If the new date of the event does not suit the visitors or if it is cancelled, Narodni dom Maribor issues a credit in the amount of the ticket price or refunds the purchase price. The credit note or request for a refund must be processed by the day of the new date of the rescheduled event.
  • In case there is an event canceled before half of the implemented program, the buyer is entitled to refunds of ticket value.You can request a refund within the deadline one week after cancellation.

COMPLIMENTARY TICKET

For events organised by Narodni dom Maribor, unemployed individuals can receive a complimentary ticket one hour before the event, subject to availability, by presenting proof of unemployment. Reservations are not possible.

For wheelchair users, admission to events organised by Narodni dom Maribor is free of charge, but they must contact the Information Office during working hours via phone or email, as they still require a ticket for entry. The person accompanying them must purchase a ticket.
