Among their notable successes are first prizes at the Paulo Borciani International String Quartet Competition in Italy, as well as at the Beijing and Melbourne Chamber Music Competitions, resulting in a tour of Australia and New Zealand. The quartet has repeatedly returned to the most celebrated concert halls and chamber music festivals around the world, performing as part of the Carnegie Hall concert cycle in New York and appearing several times at the Wigmore Hall in London and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, as well as at many concerts in most of the prominent concert halls in Europe.
The Kelemen Quartet currently performs with two new members, violinist Jonian Ilias Kadesha and cellist Vashti Hunter.
