Mojca Menoni Sikur
Violinist Mojca Menoni Sikur graduated from the Ljubljana Academy of Music in the class of Dejan Bravničar and in 2003 successfully completed her specialist postgraduate studies with Vasilij Meljnikov at the same institution.

She then furthered her studies with Pavel Vernikov at the Fondazione Musicale Santa Cecilia in Portogruaro, Italy, as well as at numerous international masterclasses with renowned professors (V. Snitil, C. Hutcap, I. Ozim, H. W. Meyer, D. Schwarzberg, L. Honda-Rosenberg). With pianist Jerneja Grebenšek and cellist Martin Sikur, she performs in the piano trio Ars Musica, an ensemble that trained together at the Graz University of Music and Performing Arts under the tutorship of pianist Chiu Chou from Trio Parnassus. Mojca Menoni Sikur plays in the Italian-based orchestra Spira Mirabilis and is a member of the chamber orchestra FB Banda, which operates under the artistic direction of Mate Bekavac. As well as being a dedicated chamber musician, she is the leader of the second violins in the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra.
